All great things once started as just an idea, but it takes a strong mindset to follow through and make that idea a reality. Pushing yourself physically is one of the best ways of developing a strong mind. This is one of the reasons military training heavily involves physical challenges that go far beyond what is needed to improve performance, and may even hinder physical fitness, but pushes the bounds of what you are mentally capable of. You may have noticed in yourself or someone you know who started training, a massive increase in confidence and discipline. This increase comes from the practice of committing to difficult tasks and seeing it through. At ASCND fitness we believe mentality is extremely important for all areas of life and through our fitness/lifestyle content, our community, programs and coaching we aim to push you to your limits and help you develop an unbeatable mindset.
