- a. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase.

- c. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Refund Criteria:
- a. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- i. Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, despite reasonable efforts on your part.
- ii. Defective Content: If the digital product is materially defective or contains significant errors that render it unusable or substantially different from its advertised description.
- b. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information or evidence to support your claim.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- a. We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- i. Change of Mind: If you have simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use the digital product.
- ii. Unauthorised Access: If the digital product has been accessed or shared with others in violation of our terms of use or licensing agreements.
- iii. Failure to Meet Personal Expectations: If the digital product does not meet your personal preferences or expectations, as subjective experiences can vary.
- Refund Process:
- a. Once we receive your refund request and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- c. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
- No Guarantees:
- a. While we strive to provide accurate and effective digital products, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our products. Refunds will not be granted based on results achieved or not achieved through product usage.

- a. ASCND FITNESS reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
Physical Products DELIVERY / RETURNS / REFUNDS Policy

If returning a damaged item we will cover postage, however if the item is returned due to sizing or non damaged issues, then this cost is your responsibility.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, you may only do this for the same item or another item at an equal or lower price.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable items include:
Gift cards
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
